Our LEC trunk lines are programmed to routinely block outbound calls. We need to be able to unblock some of these when we try calling a number that won't accept blocked calls. The LEC recording says to dial *82 prior to placing the call, but this is not recognized by our PBX. Is there a Fujitsu 9600 code that will perform this function? We've tried dialing "9" for an outside line, then *82 but that doesn't work, nor does *82 first.

your calls are probably going out on a T1. when you dial 9 and go through your ars table and the call gets blocked, hang up dial the analog trunk group access code and dial the number again. The analogs clid will be sent to the called party.
