Feature Code Question - IP Phones

Hi There

I need to quickly be able to find out the IP address of our i2004's and i2002's. Is there a feature code i can use which will display this?

Secondly, anyone know anywhere i can download a list of ALL the BCM / IP Phones feature codes. Im finding it difficult to find a list of more than just the standard norstar ones...

On the phone press the system/PC button (Blue Button) then services (globe with 2 arrows). Screen will scroll with setup info.

The BCM monitor utility will show you all the IP phones and their IP address as well as many other system options in real time.

Go into the system with your laptop. Using Unified Manager

Click the Services key
CLick the IP Telephony kye
Click the IP terminals key
Click on the Nortel IP terminals header
Click the IP terminal status tab

It will show you the DN, status, type, IP address, codec etc. of every IP phone on the system.

There is a 16 page document on the BCM user doc's screen with all (or most) of the feature codes and a brief explanation.

If you drill down to telephony, system dns, active, choose a DN and drill down to user preferences, button programming, you can program a blank button as a feature button, then the sub menu will give you a pull-down menu with ALL of the feature codes available.

As well, you might strike oil after all of that drilling
