Feature Code Issue

I have a customer with a MICS and a Flashtalk 4 port. The Leave Message feature (980) has stopped working. One of our techs went out, did **XFTEST and disbled the 980 code. What steps are needed to restore this? I have not seen this problem before.

XFTEST will clear the code. When that is done, reboot. A new code will automatically be set up.
