Feature Buttons Greyed Out 1

I am in the Element Manager for a BCM 450.

I have a Digital Phone T7613E that at one point I had set three of the feature keys to Internal Dial DN. Well now the three of the keys say Function: Line - Line 383.

I click on the key to modify but everything is greyed out and does not let me change it. I have set almost every phone in this building and not a problem but this one is starting to make me cry uncle.

sounds like it has been programmed with target lines. Go into line access for that set and remove line 383 (I'm sure you know, but just in case). You can't do button programming over lines or intercoms.
