feature button labeling

How do you auto lable feature buttons for example the voice mail button says:

how do i make this show up as:

voice mail

with out haveing to go to each phone and changing the button lable. I thought you could do this whith the settings file in the tftp server.

Add it to the abbreviated dialing system list and assign the button the AB code...

In a Voip enviorment you need a ftp-server to backup your settings of the phone, phonebook and buttons.


In the Ftp servermap you need txt-files with a name for 492 like this.

Then make sure you put the ip-adress of the ftp-server in your dhcp-option 176 or in you 46xx.txt file.

Then if you logout en login elsewhere your template go with you.
