Feature button flashing. NEC Electra Professional Level I

Does anyone have any idea why a feature button would flash, the phones user does not use any special features.
I haven;t found this answer in the station user manual yet.

Entering: Feature 69 Feature did not stop the flash.

Any advice appreciated.

Depending on the flash rate it could be, callback set/DND/call forward set/auto redial set.

It looks like a faster rate, maybe 2/Sec

So maybe it is DND Set or Call Forward Set.
