Hello All,
Hoping someone out there is using Call Completion feature.

I'm running into a bit of an issue.
I have created a feature access code to invoke CallBack on No Answer.

I first assigned * in ANPD, NND=2.
I then assigned ASPA for *4, CI=N, H and B, SRV=SSC and SID=3 (CallBack).

But when I place a call to a busy or no answer station and dial *4, the call back is never invoked.

Am I missing something.

Thx
Tony

tony;

check asfc - make sure ext feature class has sfi = 2 set to 1 for on. This allows ext to set the call back feature.

Hi PABXDUDE,
Thanks for a prompt reply.
I've set SFC 1 to my phone, made SFI 2 to all 1's (1-15), except SFC 0.

But when I attempt to dial my feature code (*4), I get a fast busy tone and the screen on my phone displays "REST". I'm assuming the feature is still restricted.

Is there anywhere else I need to check?
curiously I can set the callback using the soft key on the phone, but there is no CB option on a "No answer" call. This option only comes up when the far-end is busy.

Thx
Tony

tony;

looking at feature prog manual - the operating procedure states:

dial ext
get busy tone
press hook flash get special dial tone
dial callback code (*4)
hang up
- obviously to be used from an analog phone -
remember ext can not have cb set to more than one ext at a time

there are also some asyd settings, if you hace access to feature prog manual, look at C-1 - Call Back

thanks.
