Hi Guys,
My company just switched from a Nortel Meridian Option 61 system to a Nortel BCM 450 last week and I can't find where the Call Record option is to enable it for an extension. When I try to use it for recording a conversation I get a "not allowed" error.
Can someone please let me know where in the Business Element Manager this option is to enable it for a specific extension.
