Out if the blue Feature 989 Call Record is not working, when I do the feature it drops the outside line. It was working few days ago so. Unless I am overlooking a setting in Element Manager.
F989 is only controlled by COS (to allow) in Callpilot Manager programming.
Unless you are talking about Professional Call Recording which is F998, that would be in Element Manager.
Sounds like a reboot is needed either way to clear the glitch then report back.
I did a reboot and the same issue, no alarms. I did check COS in Callpilot Manager programming and Record-a-call is enabled. Strange part is when I change Record-a-call to silent it works but not under announced.
You could try and do a Restore to clear the bug if you want it announced.
If you do not have a current backup then make one but there is a small chance it will backup the bug.
-Go to Restore
-Restore from "Factory Default"
-Choose/Check only CallPilot
-Once that is done then do another Restore but this time choose from where ever your backup is located and choose again Callpilot
