Feature 983 password 1020000 no longer works

I have a nortel compact ICS 7.0 with a 4 port call pilot and the I recently had to replace the power supply of the compact ICS. Now when I try to access the voice mail system with feature 983 with the password 1020000, it says the password is incorrect. Everything else is working fine but I can not log in to change the AA annoucements. Any ideas as to why this happened and how to fix it?
 
you can rest the password using feature 985 then 9 and reset it to 4 zeros
 
-There is no external power supply for the CICS, did you mean the Callpilot's power supply?
-Why did you replace the power supply?

Maybe your Callpilot defaulted along with the power issue.

Is it asking you to Log: like normal or is it now asking for a Password: ?
If asking for a password then a configuration password would have to be entered then paramteres set and re-programmed from scatch.
If asking for Log and the default does not work then do as Tball1 states above.

Your trying the default password, did that same password work before? the only way to change it is to log into mailbox 102.
