feature 981 not working

I was having line problems so I did a rebbot of the BCM50. When it came back up voicmail login will not work. All of the other voicemail features do work and I can log into the call pilot managment site. When I input feature 981 the phone display says exit for about a second then clears. If anyone has experienced this I would appreciate hearing a solution.

Thanks for your responce, but we solved it. I had applied a new license key a while back to increase voicemail seats. I didn't reboot afterwards and the whole allotement of seats showed as being added to what I already had. I ended up using more seats than I owned but the system didn't update untill the reboot. Then it showed that the number of VM licenses available as minus 2. I didn't notice till later but the same thing happened with my IP licenses.
