Ok , so in the bcm /Norstar world you could send someone a message directly to they're v.m. The company I am upgrading from a MICS with Nam to IPO 500 (7) . They would like the same ability.

Example, they have a group with 7 lawyers, when the boss wanted to he could send a message that would hit all 7 group members mailboxes directly. Is this possible here with embedded?

No, the send message feature was not a feature that was carried over from BCM. You could send a message to multiple recipients with VM Pro, though.

you could set up a hunt group, add the 7 people to the hunt group, set the group for Broadcast, and then leave a message in the vm for the group. the voicemail will then be sent to all the members of the group.

Never mind, just realized you have embedded vm. My suggestion only works with VM Pro.
