Feature 915 may not be your access2nam code. Do feature **xftest(on the dialpad). Hit next until you see all the feature codes. It may be 916,934,948 or something else especially if you are connecting to an older MICS. Or you may have other applications that are eating up feature codes. See it this works....
The code will "jump" if a NAM has been connected to different KSUs. Keep trying feature codes starting from F916 until you get a password prompt.
BagsNYC is one target. My old copper NAM was F920. You could not see this code from F**xftest, I think. Just keep going up from 915 until you find it. Might want to put a sticky note on the NAM when you find out what it is.
