Feature 9*8

I have it as Feature 9*8 is supported on:
BCM 400 4.0
BCM 50
BCM 450

In the back of my head I thought that 9*8 did not work on a certain rls on the BCM50 and now I am told by a supplier that it does not work on one of 2 BCM 4.0's he has.

Is there an instance where it does not work on the above mentioned BCM's?

But i played around i discovered 9*9 it display after on the phone ''Log Stamped#001'' where the log go ? and what it log ?

Do you have a 3.7?

Check the page: - where BCMip = ip used by the BCM

look for a file that looks like: errMMDD0.txt where MMDD = current date

You'll see an entry like below:

KSU Product:Edge 3.7 CT2P Site:VERULAM
File:err09220.txt Page: 1 MTT:35. 0. 2. 37 Date:Sat Sep 22 01:01:02 2018

Log File Time Error Event Parameters
------------ -------- ----- ----------------
09201200.LOG 01:01:02 MTT Stamped#007

no i have a 450R6 the link is not working.

The link for the Message Trace Tool logs only works in 3.7.

I believe that in R4.0 and up, you need to view the logs by downloading them in Element Manager.

I think i found it, i downloaded the Log from element manager, it result a file .tar when i try to unzip it, there is a request for password and my nnadmin password do not work. I don't know any password else for my system, PlsChgMe! do not work also, nnsupport password of the day do not work either.

Curlycord, check if in element manager the box "Disable Telset Login" is not checked. Or else it disable this feature and the **config

Try using 7-zip: last time i had the 4.0 up and running, it was able to read the zip files with no password...
