Feature 84 Line Rirect DID line to Cell? 1

I am trying to figure out how to redirect F84 a DID line to the persons cell phone, which is appearing and ringing on a set. I believe do believe doing this will tie up one did trunk and they use the line pool a to dial out?
any help would be appreciated.

Is there another way to do this is in the mailbox so that the did trunk gets hung up?

did you turn on redirect on your phone? otherwise its simple... F84 select the line out then your phone number, then which line is ringing.

just activate remote forward on this station to the cell phone, set up the routes at the services command, make sure that allow redirect on your setting as well for your station

You can use VM too.
Read up on a feature called Outbound Transfer.
This allows callers that reach your mailbox to dial 7 and transfer to a number programmed by the mailbox owner.

Also make sure your lines have supervision turned on to use redirect or external call forward. When using redirect all lines being used must appear on the phone.

Your sw must be at least 4.1 to use external fwd.
