Feature 4 Extension Call Forwarding All Lines?

T7316 - Three lines with auto-attendant handling all incoming calls.

I'm looking to set up external call forwarding for a single extension.

Normally when a call comes in, all lines quickly ring once, then the auto-attendant picks up to direct their call to the proper line. Feature 4 forwarding to external line works fine, but rather than forwarding the single extension, it removes the auto-attendant and forwards all the lines as if it were Feature 84.

Anyone have some suggestions? I really appreciate it.

Thats because the lines are told to Appear and Ring at the set/s
If you are full AA then you only need to have lines told to "Appear Only" at the set/s

This will get rid of the short ring and enable you to forward only calls to that set.
