Feature 4 Denied

Where in the programming do I give a user access to Feature 4, I currently am getting a denied error.

Shouldn't have to give access. Norstar administrator may have enabled set lock for that DN.

I have full control of the system, other phones can forward just not this particular extension?

Can try the old standby and do a set copy of an extension that is working and see if that clears it.

Copies all info from good extension, same forward denied message?

Try the same phone on a different port and see if you have the same issue. Then try a different phone on that port.

If you cannot forward internal to another ext then per Dasheen check the Set Lock under capabilities.

If you are trying to forward a phone to an external # then make sure Allow Redirect is set to YES in capabilities.
