Feature 14 transfer error!!!!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Every time I attempt to transfer a call to a co-workers voice mail by using "feature 14" and then their extension...I get an instant busy tone in my ear and the call just automatically goes on hold!

I've checked to see if mailboxes are full and that isn't the case (there are only 4 of us here!) and this came out of NOWHERE!

I am going out of mind staring at this stupid manual...please help me!!!!

heheeehe...all fixed!

Last week when it started...coworkers changes some file cabs around and must have knocked into something!

I toggled some wired and rebooted the system and all is happy now!
