Feat 14 direct VM trans problem 2

I have a ACS 6.0 with a 308ec board & PCVM 3.0 large voice mail...All is working well except the VM trans [feature 14] station to station. All sets. [ 10 stations ]
If a call comes in on a outside line, any phone can transfer direct to a station mailbox via feat 14 designated button and the call goes to the mailbox immedately.As it should.
This does not happen direct sta to sta calls. If you hit the VM trans [ feat 14 ] button on any set you cannot get intercom dial tone and your not going anywhere.
All sets act the same.
So far this is what i have done.
1. rebooted the system.. reset from backup card.
2. moved the feat 14 button around to spare buttons.
3. powered down.
4.removed the voice ports and reinstalled them [ hunt group]
Any other sugestions ??
 
It simply doesn't work that way. Feature 14 can only be used to transfer a call on an outside line to a mailbox. Now, on a Legend, yeah, you can do it, although you can't transfer a caller to your OWN mailbox (which you CAN do on a Partner.)

So, if you want to leave a message for another mailbox subscriber, you're going to need to call their extension and wait for it to cover to voice mail. On Partner Messaging (instead of the PVM card mail), you can log into your own mailbox and option 1 is to send a message to another extension.

Or, you can call from line 1 to line 2, put line 1 on hold really fast and answer line 2 just as it rings in (so noone else will intercept you), press Feature 14 and the extension number, then go back to line 1 to leave the message!!
 
Check the coverage for VM on those ext's and make sure its set for automatic. Program a do not disturb button on each ext to have calls go to VM immediately instead of ringing the phone.
