I am having a problem with a DN (that has mulitiple appearances) when forwarding. This DN has worked for a long time and sometime (not sure when) recently stopped forwarding to Meridian mail. Instead, after it's 4 rings, you can hear the interrupt, then it continues to ring. This is not a prime DN, but an extra one on all phones involved. There is another DN programmed the exact same way on all phones involved, MARP'd to the same phone as the troublesome DN and it works correctly. Both were programmed initially, several years ago at the same time.

Any ideas?

SFA? Think that will make a difference? It wasn't this prior to the problem, but I will try anything (almost) once. Here is the TN - The number in question is 4766. The 4755 works correctly. I removed all the hot D numbers to protect the innocent..

Some things to try. Have you added this number to another phone recently? If so take it off and see if forwarding works agian. Or Nul key and re add it.

No I have not, but....I was thinking about removing it from all the appearances, then adding them back one by one, with a test call in-between. Your words are enough to urge me on.

That did the trick....go figure. Back in service. Thx much!
