I apologize for not replying sooner. I had an issue logging into my Tek-Tips account that has apparently been resolved now.
What version of Windows are you running? Are you using any "odd" video drivers or a high resolution? Can you attach a screen shot of the dialog box (please include the Procomm screen as well for reference).
