FDL problems option 61

Trying to update firmware version on 3900 sets. When I do
>fwvu 4 0 0 0 in load 32 it comes back
core firmware 024
flash firmware 087.

in ld 32 > fdli 4 0 0 0
system errors out and gives the following:

err sdl2110
>
OVL436 B-tree read failed for language 0, rrn = 232

OVL448 System message lookup is temporarily unavailable.
Wait 30 seconds and repeat request:


The user says he has a X on the screen. I have seen this before and we had to replace the set. Am i behind on vendor patches? Any clues?

firmware on phone is newer than on system.

FDLF TN (Firmware Down Load Forced)
