FCR and FRL

Would someone please explain to me how FCR and FRL are used. I would also need the related loads to configure them. I used to know this but have forgotten. Thanks.

fcr-data ld 15 / yes or no

frl ld 16,86,87

you can assign a frl to each ncos. It determines the entires in a rli to pick which one for access.

0 is most restrictive and 7 least.

Be careful with these.

You can configure fcr in ld 49 (nfcr - new flexible code restrictions). BTW, frl is acronym for facility restriction level.
