FCAS Question 1

I need to remove a NXX from FCAS table 1, I assume I do this in LD 87, but not sure how to get rid of just one entry.

At the NXX prompt DENY or ALOW it pending if it is a deny or alow table

I tried doing this in LD 87:
REQ CHG
CUST 0
FEAT FCAS
FCI 1
NPA 276
NXX 698

after that I'm getting ESN110
