Where to start...
I have a couple fc60 units we just got and one of the units I was able to update all firmware and do syswipe to remove old old configuration information.
The second fc60's controllers firmware is messed up and the boards show up as unknown in amdsp -a (arrayid). I am unale to load firmware to the bad board through normal procedure. I tried to make the controller active so I could try to update it that way but it won't switch to active (not surprised).
I found a quick mention of boot operations through serial port which has a download permanent file and tried this but I am not sure what to do as all I get is SSS.
Does anyone have any experience with the boot operations menu through the rs232 port?
Signed ready to throw the controllers out if not solved by monday.
