FC5600 Dell 650F can't connect to

I have a Dell 650F, EMC FC5600C. I can connect to it via hyper terminal, but I can't really do anything with it. Is there something I am missing? I haven't got Navisphere.

The SP can not read or find the operating system (flare) on the boot devices. Are the first 5 drives ready and do they contain the orininal OS from the machine?
