FC Adapter Error on P650/LPAR

Hi,

errpt messages shows "Adapter Error".. this lpar is connected to FAStT900 storage server thro FC devices.

any one can help to approach this problem?
any idea the problem is from OS side or SAN side .i.e from storage server part.
