Hi guys, I need some help.
In the process of upgrading to v7 of the Watchguard software for our Firebox II, I was unable to download a backup of the current flash image. I therefore didn't proceed with the update in case it failed and our Firebox stopped working.
Since then, I have been trying to take a backup of the flash area using the Flash Disk Management tool which also fails. I have tried several different management stations and both version 6.2SP1 and 7.0 of the software to no avail.
The error message I get says "Error backing up Firebox: error parsing command output
Unknown return value: ERROR STORING FILE"
The Firebox is still running happily using a v6.2SP1 config and flash file, but I cannot backup the current flash area so dare not try to upload a new one.
Can anyone offer any advice? Is there a memory problem on our Firebox?
Thanks for the help
