FB700 III - Optional Interface problems

Good afternoon,
I am having a great deal of difficulty in getting a stand-alone server to go through the optional interface on the firebox. Attempts to ping the outside world result in 'Unknown Host'.

The trusted interface operates with no issues.
We currently only use the Watchguard in a very minimal capacity, i.e. no VPN, Spamscreen, Weblocker at this time.

Any tips would be appreciated.
