FB10 or FB100 SMTP Setup

Hello,

I have an older FB running ver 3.0 software. I have configured all necessary services, except SMTP. I cannot seem to get the config right. I can send, but not receive email. Any help on the config and/or where I can obtain a ver 3.0 user's manual will be greatly appreciated.
