Faxserver can't fax out over T1 tie trunk through PBX

We have set up our new faxpress server with a T1 to our G3si V11.
I was on the phone with Castelle tech support trying lots of things. First we were setup as PRI that worked inbound fine but outbound it seem to be stripping off digits. so they wanted me to change to robbed-bit. They say they have less issues this way.

So not calls still work inbound but outbound I'm not seeing the same number of digits with the "list trace tac 803"
& a "denial event 1164" also "Need higher frl to route d10x830003 d2=0x15e"

Thay think the PBX is deleting digits depending on what the Faxpress dials.

I must be going mad. I put down the wrong event. It's "event 1343

The key here is

"Need higher frl"

Check your COR settings.

For deleting digits check your ARS analysis
