We are having a problem with Accpac's Faxserve and Exchange 2000 server running on Windows 2000 server using a Brooktrout TR114 card. Every time we try to send a fax to an area code below 255, it returns a delivery failure. This is because the area code of the fax number that the message was sent to has been changed. For instance, we send faxes to area code 216 but they get returned and the area code has turned into the characters corresponding to [ALT-216]. I called Accpac and they said it was a Microsoft problem. My guess is that Microsoft will say it's an Accpac problem. Is anyone familiar with this or having the same problem? Thanks.
