Recently lost the ability to receive or send faxing with our local provider to numbers outside of our network. We have a 200mb internet with SIP services with 46 call paths.
After multiple hours with support, Tier II, Network Group “does not interface with customer” did a call trace stating
the re-invite from csr around 14secs into the call, is wrong:
o=- 106989 2 IN IP4 12.210.173.90
s=-
t=0 0
m=image 5256 udptl t38
c=IN IP4 12210.173.91 [[[[[[[note here the dot "." is missing messing up the IP addr
We have checked the firewall “Cisco 515E” and it is programmed correctly, provided SIP call trace, and IP address scheme to provider. I do not understand how the IP address could change.
Anyone experienced an issue like this or have a possible solution. Thank you in advance.
