I have a user who has a CallPilot fax-enabled voice line. It has been working fine for years. Starting this week, when you dial his number from a fax machine, it picks up and states an error messages, something along the lines of "cannot answer", and disconnects. My other fax-enabled users are not experiencing any problems.
Any ideas on where to troubleshoot?
