In the CallPilot, for the Multimedia messaging SDN there is an option to set it as

Media Type = Fax

that has already been set from the initial setup.

any other ideas?

hey, just checking back in to see if anyone has something new to add.

thanks for the support!

You need to run through your config wizard. The fax messaging DN needs to be a CDN.

Example
3750 = Voice Messaging
3751 = Multimedia Messaging/fax messaging
3752 = Multimedia Messaging/Speech Recognition.

You should only at the most have 3 CDN's. For voice messaging point the caller to 3750 for fax messaging point the caller to 3751 etc....

From the looks of your programming you are sending it to the fax messaging DN but what is that in the switch? Is it a CDN and is it acquired by CallPilot? Print and post a DNB of 1754 and post.

thanks for the response.

1754 is an acquired CDN on our CS1000M switch, so the dnb didn't give much info. please see programming for 1754 below:

any suggestions??? am I missing something here?

is elan 17 for the callpilotor maybe contact center, as this is what 1754 is aquired by?

have you tried to change the class of service on dn's
2507 and 1722 from faxd to faxa

no problems only solutions

Are you using one number faxing or separate numbers?

If you have separate DID's for voice and fax:

1) Phantom 2507 DCFW to regular Voice Messaging CDN
2) CPMGR....>SDN table add 2507 as Express Fax Messaging CDN, once select you that service, scroll down the page and there is a field for fax delivery mailbox, this will deliver this to the desired mailbox, make sure that you select fax as the service.

If you are using one number faxing, it is much more complicated and you need the One Number Faxing guide.

oops....NOT a CDN in SDN table, just another DN entry...sorry!
