Faxing MM 2.0

We have a MM 2.0 in the office and have the Fax capability turned on. One of my users has a fax in her mailbox and she wants to send it to the default fax mailbox for printing from her TUI. When she sends the fax through the TUI the fax isnt received at the default fax machine.

Anybody have any ideas?
