Faxing Internationally

I have a user who is trying to send a fax internationally but it won't go thought. She is able to manually dial the fax number on her phone though. The mailbox outdial type is Route with nothing listed in the pool box.

any idea what I should be looking at?

can she fax anything locally to prove the fax setup is correct.
Check using bcm monitor to see what line is used and digits are being sent out.

I assume you are using a bcm 50 with fax keycode installed.

restrictions on the phone.
