Faxing from client machines

I have msfax service setup on citrix and can fax if I am logged in as administrator.

However, I can't get it to work for regular users unless they have adminitrator rights.

I've tried many different permissions to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions or a step by step procedure for setting up users?
