Faxing Capabilities via Win98

Does Windows 98 have faxing capabilities? If so, how do I find it? (went to Start/Programs/Accessories/Communications but didn't see it there). I also went to the Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Add/Remove Windows Components but didn't see it there.

You'll need some additional software, usually comes with modem packages, IE WinFax, or something similar. Its a complete bugger to get working, if i remember rightly.
