Faxing Approach Forms

Hi there:
This may not even be a Lotus question but...

I run an Approach database which generates forms; each of which is a sales order acknowledgement. So, if Fred and Jim buy my stuff then at the end of the day I print the acknowledgements (one for each customer). These are simply forms with the header comprising the customer name, and the details of the order(s) from that customer stored as a repeating panel.
I then have to manually fax each form. And we can have up to 50 customer sales per day.

Is there a method of transmitting the fax number of the customer from each form to the fax? We have a biiig fax with all sorts bells and whistles so there should be no issue with the fax itself; but is anybody aware of software that may help automate this process?

One method is to print the form to an Adobe formatted file, then send an email with that attachment to "jfax", an internet site that will send the attachment as a fax to the phone number you put in the email address. Something like 9145551212@jfax.com..

The adobe file can be automated using a Zeon printer driver, the email automated using OLServices -- all of this has been discussed on XpertSS.com. OLServices is a product available on that site.

There may be other methods, but this one could be totally transparent to the user who would click a "FAX" button and all would be done without intervention.
