I am trying to set up Faxes on 3300ICP to send faxes to Europe.

1.I can send faxes local.(no codes required)
2.I can send faxes to numbers in USA (Account codes)
3.I am unable to send faxes to Europe.eg 011 44 20 74661700.(Account codes )
4.For this to work in ARS I use 01144 with 10 to follow.
5.All other areas to Europe will need to be done as in #4.
6.Is there a way around this.

You should be able to put in 011xxxxxxxxxx (x equals the total number of digits)in ars and then all calls would work.
Try it and let me know.

3300 doesn't Allow wildcards in ARS such as X

The actual entry should be 011 with Unknown digits to follow.

You can modify the ARS timeout settings in the COS of the FAX to be very low. Must be less than Interdigit timer.

e.g.
Dialing Conflict Timer - 2 sec's
Interdigit Timer - 3 secs

Also, with respect to the account code, the system can be programmed to automatically send a PIN to the PSTN if necessary. Re-post if you're interested.

kwbmitel,

I've used wildcard X's on a 3300. Support for it started around release 6 something if i'm not mistaken.

N or n specifies a digit between 2 and 9 inclusive.

X or x specifies a digit between 0 and 9 inclusive.

Y or y specifies a digit between 0 and # inclusive.
