Have a customer with BCM400 v4.

They have Unified Messaging and have been using the Nortel Fax for sending outbound faxes.

This suddenly stopped working, they can send Internal faxes via Nortel Fax, but unable to send External.

They say there has been no changes to their network, and we got the customer to run CPTRACE whilst sending a fax, and below is the result.

Does anyone know how to interpret the data above.

I am unable to find any docs on how to use CPTrace effectively.

Thanks in advance
