Fax to Email

Hi guys,
I cannot get it to work.
Every time I send a fax to a mailbox whith the ability to handle it by COS, AAM does not send it to my email. It works perfectly with voice messages.

Does not make sense to me why audio files are delivered but not image files.

Make sure in the COS Fax Support is set to receive and forward to email. And also in the user setting your email address is set in Fax - forward incoming messages to field.

Got it!
The email that needs to go in "Fax - forward incoming messages to" is the internal identifier. Once you create the IMAP account on your outlook you will receive faxes as well as voice messages.

You can just put the users real email address in and it will relay it to the users email address.
