Fax to Email

Maybe I didn't work my last thread correctly...

I have just replaced a fried BCM50 with a new one. I have everything working except fax to email.

My customer used to have 3 D.I.D.'s set up to do this. I cannot for the life of me find the information on programming this feature. Can anyone help?

add the target line of the DID into the Express Messaging field in the users mailbox
