Fax to email getting mailbox full event code

Hi all

I have a customer with multiple bcms on network and all bcms yesterday started disableing message forwarding to email at random. Getting event code that says forwarding mailbox full.

Any ideas?

It would appear that the storage area for Call Pilot messages is full up if they all use just the one voicemail system.

Not using centralized vmail. And looks like space is good. I Am thinking its something on the email server the bcms dont like but they have not changed anything.

Which error code is that 44015?


So you are saying the people that this issue do not have their own mailbox as full?
You looked at the Mailbox reports? and the word FULL?

Do you mean the BCM's are on the same network?
