Hi all,
I am having a few issues with a job i'm doing on an openscape x3,
I have installed 4x channels of gamma sip, I am getting calls in and out okay, however the CLIP isn't showing properly when dialing out, they are receiving the MSN number that is configured against it.
I have also been tasked with setting fax to email up on the kit also, I have the license however I don't have any experience doing this and a little unsure where to start, any pointers would be great
Thanks

I know you said SIP, but on my ISDN PRI circuits I have to provide the full 10-digit number in the Subscriber-ID (of the station) in order for it to send out valid CID information. If I do not, or s specify a DID number that is not provisioned on that particular PRI then I will get the default number assigned to the span.

I can't speak for your fax to E-mail issue. I use RightFax, and in that each fax number needs to have a mailbox (or be assigned as a fax destination from a voicemail box). There are settings in the fax mailbox that allow it to either notify at an E-mail address, or notify and include the fax as an attachment. So if your voicemail boxes can accept faxes you might be able to set it up to notify you a new fax has arrived by sending an E-mail, and you might be able to attach the fax to the E-mail. That's just a suggested possibility :)
