FAX through Call Pilot To Non Call Pilot User

Does any one tell me that how can i send the FAXs using CallPilot desktop client to a non call pilot user or any other external fax machine not connected to my pabx (connected to CO line).

I can send the FAXs through call pilot within the system but can not send the FAXs to out side user using my desktop computer.

It must be working, that's what is callpilot for... isn't it ?

TRY LIKE THAT;

IN YOUR PC (WHICH YOU INSTALLED CALLPILOT DESKTOP)OPEN A WORD DOCUMENT.AND SELECT PRINTING IT. CHOOSE THE PRINTER AS NORTEL FAX.AT THE PRINT PAGE WRITE YOUR NUMBER LIKE THAT AC1 OR AC2,XXXXXXXXX AND THE SELECT THE CONFIRM TICK.
AND THEN TRY TO SEND IT.

OBSERVE THAT IF IT WILL GIVE AN ERROR AT YOUR OUTLOOK.
