Fax Suite?

I have a BCM50 3.0 and would like to use some extra DIDs as personal faxes. All I need is a Desktop Messaging keycode for every person who would like a fax to end up in their vmail that would also show up in their Outlook, correct?

Why would I need Fax Suite?

you at leat need fax messaging to make it work, plus desktop messaging for each user like you said.

So, Fax Messaging is one keycode and it acts system-wide?

yes that is correct, it will give you a check box in the mailbox set up that enables fax for the mailbox's you want to have it.
