Fax Software for Exchange

Hi,

I have been looking for a pakage to send/receive faxes through Exchange. I have came across several. Does anyone have any suggestions.

We've had great luck with Omtool's FaxSR (

http://www.omtool.com),

and are planning to upgrade to their new product Genifax in the fall. I've found their support very easy to work with. Except for a few installation bugs that had to be worked out the system has worked so well we hardly ever have to tend to it.

We had a problem when we changed an administrator password on the Exchange server, but Omtool was able to diagnose the problem and overnighted us an upgrade that fixed the problem (we are on maintenance with them).

User fax through email from within most applications or attach multiple format files into an email and the FaxSR converts it all into a fax. Users grumble now if we have to take the fax server down for any reason, even though we have plenty of stand alone machines sitting around. Faxing through email can be addictive.

We've been using Fax SR and have had no problems at all

zetafax if it is still around used to be good. Goldfax I found rather expensive but seamless into Exchange.
