Fax Services for CCM/Cisco Phone system

We are going to get Cisco Phone system soon but from what I have been told, Cisco does not have Fax solution. It would be some add-on that we have to purchase from third party.

Does any one of you have Fax services for the cisco system?
Is that integrated with exchange?

CISCO uses CAPTARIS RightFax as their solution. They OEM the product and rebrand it as CISCO. It works great and integrates with exchange.
If you want my honest opinion, if you decide on this product get it directly from Captaris (or a reseller) and not the CISCO rebranded product. Regardless of the discount you will get (if you do).
There are subtle differences and the support is not quite as good as you would get from Captaris itself.

That said there are a lot of fax solutions out there that will integrate with ccm, via a plethora of protocols to match your needs.

Mt vendor is offering Xmedius?

Any one have any idea with this faxing compare to Captaris?

Xmedius is another product that will work fine.
We have installed both and had no real issues.
